Candidates
Safeguarding is our top priority at ZIAC Recruitment Ltd, and we pride ourselves on taking the candidate vetting process extremely seriously.
As part of our rigorous process, we ensure all candidates have the following documents as a minimum:
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- At least 2 professional references
- Disqualification Childcare & Early Years Provision Check
- Online Searches
- An interview to assess the candidate’s suitability to work around children and young people
- Photo ID & Right to work
- Full CV covering a 10-year employment / education history
- Highest qualification proof
- Medical Declaration, Proof of NI
- Proof of address x 2, Medical check
- Safeguarding Training
- Barred List Check
- Overseas Police Check (if applicable)
